DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, we offer shipping; however, certain restrictions apply. To ensure your treats arrive in peak condition, items with delicate components—such as those with excess buttercream toppings or fragile decorations—generally cannot be shipped. We prioritize the structural integrity and freshness of your order above all else.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY ALREADY ARRIVES DAMAGED?
The Damatta Experience is committed to the highest standards. We ship our products securely and designate them as perishable to ensure careful handling.

In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged, please contact the respective postal or delivery service to file a formal claim. While we take every precaution in packaging, the carrier is responsible for the package once it leaves our kitchen.
 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE REGUAR ORDERS OF COOKIES OR BROWNIES?
Absolutely. We love helping you create the perfect treat. Customizations can include specific icing or sprinkle colors, alternative types of chocolate, or Keto or Vegan modifications.
